Terms & Conditions

Gift Cards are valid for the amount specified and can be partially redeemed. Any remaining balance will stay on the card for future use.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, unless required by law.
If your purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the difference can be paid using another payment method.
The total value shown includes GST.
Gift Cards have no expiry date and can be used at any time.
Lost or stolen Gift Cards can only be replaced at the discretion of Douglas Machinery and only if satisfactory proof of purchase is provided. Cards that have already been redeemed cannot be replaced.
If Douglas Machinery suspects fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel a transaction involving a Gift Card.
