We are authorised dealers for Kioti Tractors, Bad Boy Mowers, Sany Excavators, Stihl, Honda, and Cub Cadet, giving us direct access to factory diagrams and diagnostic tooling for accurate, reliable repairs.

Onsite Services

We can come to you. Our fully equipped mobile service vehicles handle onsite servicing and repairs wherever you need us. We also offer scheduled maintenance plans with reminders, helping you reduce downtime and avoid costly breakdowns.

Workshop Services & Pricing

• Chain sharpening: $10 (off saw) / $15 (on saw)
• Bar dressing: $10
• Chainsaw service: $150 + parts
• Push mower service: $150 + parts
• Ride-on mower repairs: $135 per hour
• Tyre repair: From $45
• Hydraulic hose repairs: Call for estimate

 

Quotation Service

We believe in transparency.

• Ride-ons & larger items: $135 (approx. 1 hour)
• Small engines & handheld gear: $70 (approx. 30 minutes)

Conditions:

• If you approve the repair, the quotation fee is applied as a deposit.
• If you purchase a replacement machine from us instead, the fee is waived.
• If unforeseen issues are identified during repairs, you will be contacted and the job may be requoted.
• For complex jobs requiring additional time to quote, you will be advised before we proceed.

 

Drop-off, Pick-up & Delivery

• Pick-up & delivery service: Available (cost depends on distance and machine type).
• Courtesy trailer & ramps: Available to borrow free of charge – subject to booking.

Storage:

• We can store equipment for a few days prior to your booking.
• Units must be collected within 2 weeks of completion unless other arrangements are made.
• Equipment left uncollected for more than 6 months may be sold to recover repair costs.
• Trailers cannot be stored on premises while your machine is being service. If due to unforeseen circumstances this cannot be avoided please discuss with our sales team. 
• All repairs need to be paid for before machines prior to release.

Booking Date:

• The booking date is when your machine will first be assessed.
• If parts are required, expect 1–2 weeks additional turnaround.
• Busy seasons (e.g. spring) may cause short delays.

 

Environmental & Workshop Charges

• Waste disposal (oil, fuel, coolant): $50 (ride-ons) / $20 (other equipment)
• Workshop supplies (lubricants, consumables): $8.80 per unit
• Excessive cleaning fee: $25 (ride-ons) / $12 (other equipment)

 

Scheduled Services

Compact Tractors

• Standard Service:
  Full inspection, lubrication, oil & filter change, battery and safety checks, air/fuel filter checks, loader operation and wheel bolt torque checks.
• Extensive Service:
  Includes all of the above plus transmission oil & filter, and front axle oil change.
• Major Service:
  Includes all of the above plus valve clearance adjustment, engine coolant replacement, and comprehensive safety/operational checks.

Ride-On & Zero Turn Mowers

• Standard Service ($330*):
  Oil & filter, spark plugs, fuel & air filters, blade/deck/belt inspection, safety checks, battery, grease points.
• Commercial Ride-On Service ($350*):
  Same as above, tailored for heavy-duty commercial units.

Side-by-Side Utility Vehicles

• Full Service & Inspection ($499):
  Includes engine oils & filters, spark plugs (petrol only), air cleaner, radiator cleaning, driveline inspection, clutch service, electrics, suspension, brakes, safety check, torque & hardware checks.

*Conditions: Oils, coolant, filters, and parts are not included unless specified. Travel charges apply for on-farm servicing. No additional work will be performed without your approval.
